Our Time provides its New York City programming to all participants free of charge. That's right! We offer young people who stutter, ages 8-18, with an opportunity to:

          • study with professional actors, directors, composers, writers, designers & more

          • write and perform original plays and music in New York City and around the world

          • write, compose, and record original songs on a professional CD

          • write an original play and then direct professional actors in that play

          • perform with award-winning artists every year

          • gain the confidence they need to succeed in life

You might be asking yourself, "How can Our Time do all that wonderful programming without charging its kids?"

Well, that's where you come in...

As a not-for-profit organization, Our Time Theatre Company depends on individuals and institutions to help sustain its vital work.  It is because of the generosity of corporations, foundations, government agencies and individuals that we can continue to offer Our Time NYC free of charge and provide financial aid to all families in need for Camp Our Time.

Perhaps you're thinking, "What a fantastic organization!  I'd like to support Our Time."

Well, you absolutely can and we'd be forever grateful. Here's how:

DONATIONS

Our Time accepts donations directly. Please make your check payable to Our Time Theatre Company and mail to:

If your gift is in honor of or in memory of an individual, please include the name and address of the person who is to be notified in the "Instructions to Seller" box.  In December and January, letters notifying honorees / gift recipients are printed on seasonal stationary.

MATCHING GIFTS

Many companies have programs that match their employees' charitable contributions. These matching gifts often double or triple the size of your donation. Find out if your employer has such a program and if they do, let us know and we'll fill out the necessary paperwork.
